OUR SOLUTION: Native iOS and Android Mobile Apps

  • We crafted a frictionless purchase experience – we used a navigation scheme that allowed users to easily wade through a large, complex menu; we made return visits simple by using data to simplify the return visit.
  • We used graphic devices to showcase products, using technology to ensure rapid page loads.
  • We added up-sells and cross-sells to drive transaction sizes.
  • We coded analytics to generate diagnostic insights.
  • We connected the app to legacy backends. Since the backends lacked key documentation, we reverse-engineered the business rules and processes. We learnt so much, that we were able to educate our client and their vendors on the underlying business processes.

RESULTS:
